AVAILABILITY

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our online store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors

Autumn Supply Inc. inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. Autumn Supply Inc. uses UPS or Freight Shipping as its shipper and damage can occur during transit. Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim cannot be filed for either type of claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM Autumn Supply Inc. WHEN RETURNING AN ALREADY ACCEPTED PACKAGE DUE TO A SHIPPING CLAIM.

All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. Autumn Supply Inc. reserves the right to take up to seven business days to resolve its shipping matters with the shipping carrier. We are confident that when the above criteria are met that all freight claims are resolved quickly and easily. In the event that Autumn Supply Inc. ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however, we must be contacted and we must verify that the item is indeed incorrect.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM Autumn Supply Inc. WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

  1. How long will it take to process my order?

    Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email with the expected shipping date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.
  2. How do you ship my order?

    Our standard shipment method is UPS or Freight Shipping. We are sorry, but we do not ship to post office boxes.

    Faster shipping methods and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. Please contact Autumn Supply Inc. to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your order.
  3. Do you ship internationally?

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 262-820-1868 to contact a representative.

At Autumn Supply Inc. we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out just as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning a product.

If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the return freight.  

Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.

All items that are ordered from Autumn Supply Inc. can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead to the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will assess a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs.

Autumn Supply Inc. will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount, the difference will be credited.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Autumn Supply Inc. goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control.  We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected, or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Warranty

All Autumn Supply Inc. products come backed by a manufacturer's limited warranty.

Autumn Supply Inc. warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for 10 days from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects.

Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations.

Website Security Methods and Fraud Prevention

All transactions are conducted in a secure environment to protect against fraudulent observation and or use. We do not store your financial information on the website such as credit card information.

Any credit card information, or other sensitive information, collected by AutumnSupply.com is first transmitted to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in transmission. All authorized persons are required to keep information accessed via our database confidential. At our discretion, orders received over the phone or internet may require photo I.D. verification.

Payments

We prefer that customers pay for merchandise via; Purchase Orders (Verified), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.  For customers who prefer to mail us their order, we accept Cashiers Checks or Money Orders **ONLY**.

(For Personal Checks, there will be at least a 10 day waiting period for the check to clear).  All hard copy forms of payment must clear our bank before we process the order for shipping. These hard copy forms of payment can slightly delay the processing, and in turn, the shipping times.

ATTENTION PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: Autumn Supply Inc. only ships to PAYPAL *CONFIRMED* addresses. If your address has not been confirmed by PAYPAL, please pay by sending us a cashiers check or money order. Thank you.

The currency in which transactions on AutumnSupply.com will be conducted is in United States currency.
