IT IS HERE FOR A PURPOSE SEE OTHER SIDE" Blank Accident Prevention Tag measuring 3" X 5 3/4" is made of B-851 economy polyester that is ideal for marking on-the-spot warning of dangerous conditions and offers durability. Accident prevention tag featuring textured write-on surface grants for authorized dates, signatures and special instructions. It features 3/8" grommeted hole and two chamfered corners. It has capacity to withstand grease, dirt as well as moisture and features -40 to 212 deg F service temperature. It meets 1910.145 OSHA specifications and comes with nylon fasteners.
