Tag features "This scaffold does NOT MEET Federal/State OSHA Specifications ALL employees working from this scaffold must wear and use an approved safety harness. DO NOT ALTER" legend on front and "CAUTION This scaffold does NOT MEET Federal/State OSHA Specifications" legend on back. Scaffolding tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. It features 2 chamfered corners. It can withstand moisture, grease as well as dirt. It comes with a nylon fastener and is sold as 10 per pack.
