• Brady� "DANGER" Black/Red/White Accident Prevention Tag measuring 3" X 5 3/4" is made of B-851 economy polyester and features a 3/8" grommet hole. Tag features "DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT" legend on front and "DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG" legend on back. Accident prevention tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. Chemical resistant tag features 2 chamfered corners. Tag is easy-to-read and comes with a nylon tie. It meets OSHA 1910.145 standard and is sold as 10 per pack.
