Inspection and material control tag can withstand moisture, grease as well as dirt. Tag informs the employees that equipment has been inspected and is in good condition. It features 2 chamfered corners and comes with a nylon fastener. It meets OSHA 1910.145 standard for accident prevention and is sold as 10 per pack.
