Tag features "REPLACE WATER / 6 MOS / INITIAL / DATE / H20 CHANGED / YES / NO" legend on both front and back. Inspection and material control tag features Pass 2011/65/EU RoHS compatibility. Tag informs the employees that equipment has been inspected and is in good condition. It features 2 chamfered corners and comes with a nylon fastener. It can withstand moisture, grease as well as dirt and meets OSHA 1910.145 standard for accident prevention. It is sold as 10 per pack.
