Accuform Signsï¿½ "WARNING ARC FLASH AND SHOCK HAZARD APPROPRIATE PPE REQUIRED" Label measuring 3 1/2" X 5" is made from 6 mil thick poly-composite and the printed image is secured by 2 mil UV resistant polyester over-laminate. Adhesive dura-vinyl label is used to communicate the specific potential dangers involved with electrical equipment. It has a permanent, acrylic adhesive back with a peel-off liner and attaches to smooth, curved or irregular surfaces. Label is resistant to abrasions, humidity, solvents and fading from sunlight. It conforms to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 standards.
