Lockout tag offers completely encapsulated graphics that has capacity to withstand chemicals, grease, moisture and intense temperatures. It features 3/8" Dia heavy-duty brass grommet that accepts various padlock shackles. Tag featuring heavy-duty construction has capacity to hold up to 80 lb pull force, preventing accidental removal. It features -40 to 175 deg F service temperature and accepts pencil, pen as well as marker. It meets OSHA requirement and comes with nylon fasteners.
