Tweco® Robotics QTR Series 22 deg L Conductor Tube features rigid as well as reliable construction. Air-cooled conductor tube is ideal for 600 A welding applications. It has inner tube machined from an extruded copper alloy tube for superior electrical conductivity providing cool operation even under high amperage applications. 3/4" O.D stainless steel tube outer jacket is insulated from the inner tube with a Teflon™ sleeve for superior di-electric properties. Conductor tube is positively secured in the torch body with 2 stainless steel alignment pins that ensure proper relationship with the torch body and robotic mount. Conductor tube has a back end that is constructed of a solid brass connection featuring a stainless steel alloy wear surface in the area where the tube is drawn and locked in place inside of the torch block. It avoids the escape of shielding gas and seals against atmospheric air contamination with an O-ring seal.Features
