Bug-O Systems All Position Pendulum Weave Welder with a voltage rating of 120 V AC is used to provide continuous welding at a constant travel speed for uniform welds. Welder with a running angle of 90 deg operates on 24 V DC with a travel speed of 1.18 - 35 IPM and has a weave speed of 188 IPM. It features an adjustable torch angle and has a Y-stroke of 2.05" and a Z-stroke of 1.69". It sticks to any work surface with the help of magnets and eliminates extra weld deposition thus reducing defects. The high torque motor offers accurate stops and starts and the aluminum rigid rails with rack and pinion drives renders uniform speeds. The pendulum weaving of left and right dwell times can be controlled independently and the drive unit motor offers protection from overload. The closed loop speed control averts the drift from center weld position and the welding parameters are stored after the power is turned off. Welder contains a weld contractor on/off switch, wireless remote control and the carriage as well as the arc can be started easily.Features
