Bug-O Systems Stand-Alone Automatic Height Control offers automated height control on mechanized welding systems and provides consistent weld penetration. It controls the welding tip to the work distance to maintain a uniform weld current and shuts-off automatically when the current drops too low. It raises or lowers the welding gun depending upon the actual weld current and has an internal time delay after the arc is stuck. It features a clamp with 7/8" rod, height slide assembly, hall effect sensor assembly and a control box having AMP sensing.Features
