The United Abrasives/SAIT 9SF Series 8" Dia X 1" Fine Grade Silicon Carbide Convolute Wheel with 3" arbor is constructed by wrapping non-woven nylon impregnated with abrasive grains around a hard core to form a homogenous material. This Hard density convolute wheel with 4500 RPM is ideal for aggressive debarring and blending. The Wheel features smear-resistant formulation to reduce the possibility of smearing and has smooth running to minimize operator fatigue. This Wheel provides stock removal, durability and finest finish for increased productivity. Durable edge wheel is non-metallic that resists work piece contamination and features fast cut rate. It is suitable for use on stainless steel, high tensile materials, aluminum, ferrous/non-ferrous materials.
