The disc works with stainless steels, tool steels, welds, aluminum, fiberglass, composites, carbon steels, super alloys, titanium, and cast, gray and ductile iron. With a long life, the aluminum oxide abrasive grain coating gives better performance and a 20 percent higher cut rate than comparable competitors. Clean Bond resin technology means smear-free finishes, while the nylon scrim backing gives the disc superior durability and stiffness.Applications
