Blend and finish a range of metals with this Merit Surface Prep A/O fine grit TR (Type III) non-woven quick-change disc. Made from premium high-loft nylon fiber bonded to a strong nylon scrim for durable longevity, the disc features an abrasive aluminum oxide grain that produces a cut rate up to 20 percent higher than competitive products. A thick layer of proprietary Clean Bond resin produces smear-free finishes, even on high nickel-content alloys, while the fine grit grain reduces loading on soft metals for consistent finishing.
