The roomy attached storm-fit hood can be easily adjusted to fit you personally with hook and loop chin flaps and a locking draw cord.  The heavy duty front zipper, pocket zippers, and underarm air zippers are weather sealed to keep out harsh wind and rain. Neoprene inner sleeves found inside adjustable hook and loop wrist closures prevent wind and rain blowback. This fluorescent lime/black parka features 2 inch silver reflective stripes and meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Class 3, Type R hi-visibility standards.
