Accident prevention tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. Chemical resistant tag features 2 chamfered corners. Laminated tag comes with a nylon tie and meets OSHA 1910.145 standard. It is sold as 10 per pack.
