• Brady� "OUT OF SERVICE / FUERA DE SERVICIO" Black/Red/White Accident Prevention Tag measuring 3" X 5 3/4" is made of B-837 heavy-duty polyester and features a 3/8" grommet hole. Accident prevention tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. Laminated tag is designed for harsh plant environments and features Pass 2011/65/EU RoHS compatibility. Chemical resistant tag features 2 chamfered corners. Tag comes with a nylon tie and meets OSHA 1910.145 standard. It is sold as 10 per pack.
