Harris® Stay-Silv® 15 phos-copper brazing alloy filler metal 1/16" round x 36" long rod packed in a 25 lb. box is the industry standard for air conditioning/refrigeration applications. Stay-Silv® 15 can also braze copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass with an appropriate brazing flux. Its melting range is useful in filling wider clearances where close fit-up does not exist and where agitation and vibration in service is involved, while providing good service ductility. Conforms to the EU Reach and RoHS directive.

Can be used to braze brass or copper-to-brass with the use of appropriate brazing flux
Suitable for brazing low nickel (10% maximum) copper/nickel base metals
Not recommended for brazing steel or other ferrous metals due to sufficient lack of joint ductility
Recommended joint clearance of 0.003"" - 0.006"" (0.08 mm - 0.15 mm)
