Kobelco PREMIARC™ DW-309LPXR Stainless Steel Tubular Welding Wire, 0.045" AWS A5.22 E309LT1-1/4 Gas Shielded, Flux Cored, Rutile FLAT Position General Use. Specifically designed to produce less hexavalent chrome (CrVI) in the weld fume to accommodate the reduced OHSA permissible exposure limit. Designed to join Dissimilar Materials DW Stainless Series FCAW wire is less voltage sensitive with less spattering and a higher deposition rate than solid wire. It has good bead appearance and is easier to do multi-pass welding. CO2 or 75% Ar 25% CO2 gas is recommended so associated gas costs are lower. 28 lb Plastic Spool.
