Harris® TIG (GTAW) 5/32" Dia X 36" Silicon Bronze Copper Alloy Welding Rod comes in 10 lb box. This rod is used to weld similar base metals of steel and cast iron to copper, brass and bronze. Frequently used to "brass weld" coated sheet steels. Sometimes used to weld galvanized steels. Ideal for surfacing areas subjected to corrosion. Rod features a tensile strength of 50,000 psi min. Conforms to ANSI/AWS A 5.7 and ASME SFA-5.7 ERCuSi-A standards.
