Harris® 1/16" Dia X 36" Aluminum Bronze A2 Copper Alloy TIG Welding Rod comes in 10 lb box. TIG welding rod is ideal for joining aluminum bronze base metals, welding brass, steel and a variety of dissimilar metal applications. It is perfect for overlays on shafts, propellers, housings, couplings, bushings, valve seats, pumps and other surfaces that require a bronze wearing surface. Often used on marine hardware exposed to salt water and other acidic conditions. Rod featuring tensile strength of 79000 psi and yield strength of 35000 psi. Meets ANSI/AWS A5.7 and ASME SFA-5.7 ERCuAl-A2 standards.
