Stoody® 600 Hardfacing Open Arc Welding Wire of 3/32" Dia has 11/4 - 11/2" extension and comes in a 500 lb POP. It is specially suited for high stress purpose such as cement clinker crusher rolls. Wire produces deposit of titanium carbide on bearing that has superior abrasion and impact resistance. It is composed of iron base and 19% alloys that include chromium, manganese, silicon and carbon. Wire features excellent operational characteristics and easy slag removal compared to other titanium carbide wires. It is ideal for hard-facing of high-pressure clinker rolls, bucket lips, muller tires, hammer crushers, hard banding, chisel plows, tamper feet and tillage tools.
