Stoody® Super BUILD-UP®-O 3/32" Dia Hard Facing MIG Welding Wire comes in a 200 lb halfpak and features multiple layers that can be applied without difficulty. Welding wire is ideal for gear teeth, sprockets, steel shovel pads and overlaying carbon steel shafts. Its weldability is very good and can be applied out-of-position. It operates on DC reverse polarity by using either stringer or weave beads. It has good compressive strength, hardness and wear resistance while not intended to be used as an under base for subsequent hard facing.

Features

Stoody Super Build Up deposit is a low alloy steel that can be used both as a build-up and hardfacing material because it has good compressive strength and hardness
It can be used on carbon and low alloy steels, but not on manganese steels or cast iron
