Arcos 4N11 is used for welding wrought and cast forms of commercially pure nickel (ASTM B160, B161, B162 and B163) to themselves or to carbon steels. The weld metal has good corrosion resistance, particularly in alkalis. Arcos 4N11 is well suited for welding chemical industry fabrications used to process vinyl chloride, fatty acids, soda and sodium metal silicates. Arcos 4N11 provides excellent service for overlaying steels and for welding the clad side of nickel clad steels.Specifications
