SPECIAL METALS NI-ROD® ENiFe-CI 55 3/16" Dia Maintenance Alloy Electrode comes in a 10 lb hermetically sealed container and is suitable for shielded-metal-arc welding of gray, ductile, malleable as well as Ni-resist cast irons. Electrode is ideal for welding cast irons to various wrought materials, including carbon steels, low-alloy steels and nickel alloys. Electrode is particularly useful for welding heavy sections and high-phosphorus irons. It offers great operability for groove, fillet welding in the down hand position and the smaller diameter electrode is also suitable for all position welding.
