OSHA 1910.145 standard tested tag provides the textured write on surface that facilitates for dates, special instructions and authorized signatures. Tags with two chamfered corner pattern have a 3/8" grommeted hole for easy accommodation of padlocks. Tag comes with nylon ties and is sold as 25 per pack.
