Inspection and material control tag features 2 chamfered corners. Tag informs the employees that equipment has been inspected and is in good condition. It can withstand moisture, grease as well as dirt. It comes with a nylon fastener and meets OSHA 1910.145 standard for accident prevention. It is sold as 10 per pack.
