Electrode is perfect for hot work tools hard facing like forging, matrices, stamps, No AWS punches and deburrings, anvils, fall hammers, guides and lamination cylinders, hot knives, dowel pins of the grips of ingots, lamination guides wheels, roller guides strengtheners. It is used in cases where it needs an easy machine finishing, without post thermal treatment. It has regular and finely rippled bead appearance due to spray arc. Electrode rendering splash-free and easily removable slag withstands thermal chock. Rutile basic coated high efficiency electrode stands out for its effortless deposition.
