WEARSHIELD® FROG MANG® stick electrode is designed specifically for building up manganese frogs and manganese crossing diamonds in the railroad industry. It provides a high strength, high alloy austenitic manganese deposit to handle increased loading of railroad cars. It can be welded in all positions (except vertical down) in unlimited layers (with proper preheat, interpass temperatures and procedures)
