Hobart® Deckmaster™ 1139 Carbon Steel Electrode in a 50 lb carton supports beams, burn-through spot welds with full penetration. It features roof decking welding and rapid downhill welding while joining light-gauge materials. 1/8" Dia electrode comes with light slag design that makes removal, cleaning easier provides good strike and restrike by keeping minimum spatter level and has a transverse tensile strength exceeding 60000 psi. Reliable electrode provides starts and re-starts along with good weld bead appearance and is ideal for DCEN, DCEP or AC currents that used to employ in sheet metal. Fluid electrode features spot nugget control with easy governable arc that gives strong, authentic welds.
