Hobart® 335A Carbon Steel Electrode in a 50 lb hermetically sealed container is specially designed to use with AC power sources that provide stable arc striking characteristics with good penetration. 5/32" Dia electrode is used to increase operator appeal by tendering general fabrication with a fine spray transfer and provides easy clean up with slag design. Cellulose-based electrode can be employed in railroad cars, structural work and shipbuilding. Electrode features good wash in along with quick starting that gives easy weld lay-in and smooth bead appearance. Electrode has a tensile strength of 77700 psi and yield strength of 63200 psi and is used in all galvanized steel work.
