NS-102 Silver-Glide™ is a CopperFree™ low alloy, high strength solid filler metal containing 0.5% molybdenum to maintain hardness and strength following post weld heat treatment. The high manganese and silicon content produce a smooth, uniform weld bead and help minimize spatter.

Backed by stringent manufacturing standards and usable in a variety of industries, NS ARC's Silver-Glide™ is the CopperFree™ welding wire of choice for professionals who demand reliability, flexibility, and outstanding weld quality.
It can be used with all metal transfer modes of GMAW along with robotic, mechanized, and semi-automatic welding.
This type of wire is also well-suited for ASTM A182, A217, A234, and A335 high-temperature pipe, fittings, flanges, and valves as well as for A336 pressure vessel forgings.
