RADNOR® ER70S-6 MIG Welding Wire made from carbon steel offers excellent spatter control with enhanced bead profile. Wire with .035" Dia features superior tolerance of rust along with scale, excellent quality wetting and a highly fluid weld puddle. Wire comprising of manganese and silicon renders highest deposit strength compared to all other carbon steel MIG wires. Wire included with good wash-in at weld toes and flat weld beads reduces defects, scrap and re-work. Wire ideal for welding on metals with a medium to high presence of dirt, rust or mill scale can be used as a industrial, farming, construction and mining equipment. Wire is perfect for single-pass welds on sheet metal applications, multiple pass welds on thick sections, all-position welding, butt and fillet welding of sheet and plate of a variety of thickness as well as for general carbon steel structural welding. Wire conforms to AWS 5.18 and is also well suited for automotive repair and HVAC duct work. It comes in a 44 lb fiber spool of 12" Dia.Features
