Tag features "DO NOT USE THIS SCAFFOLD KEEP OFF This scaffold is being erected, taken don or has been found defective. DO NOT ALTER" legend on front and "INSPECTION DATE AND INITIAL" legend on back. Scaffolding tag features textured write-on surface that allows for dates, authorized signatures and for special instructions. It can withstand moisture, grease as well as dirt. It features 2 chamfered corners. It comes with a nylon fastener and is sold as 10 per pack.
