Weiler® Dualife™ Roughneck® 6" X 0.023" Stringer Bead Twist Knot Wire Wheel Brush with 5/8" - 11 UNC arbor hole features solid ring construction for smooth run and has 12500 RPM. Carbon steel brush with 1 3/8" trim length has capacity to separate surface contaminants from base material. Wire brush does not change part dimensions or remove base material. Brush will not load when used to remove paint or when brushing soft materials. Brush features 24 knots, 1/2" face and 9/16" thickness at faceplates. Narrow face brush features minimal flexibility and has maximum brushing action. It is ideal on smooth surfaces for surface prep applications and cleaning. It is used for deburring, weld cleaning, roughening surfaces, edge blending, surface preparation, cleaning rust, scale as well as oxidation.
