Weiler® Dualife™ Roughneck® 5" X 0.02" Stringer Bead Twist Knot Wire Wheel Brush with 7/8" arbor hole features solid ring construction for smooth run and rotates at 12500 RPM. Carbon steel brush with 7/8" trim length has capacity to separate surface contaminants from base material. Wire brush does not change part dimensions or remove base material. Brush will not load when used to remove paint or when brushing soft materials. Brush features 38 knots, 3/16" face width and 3/8" thickness at faceplates. Brush featuring narrow face is suitable for cleaning hot passes and root while reaching into corners. It features wider face wheel that is ideal for cleaning cap passes and filler. It is used for deburring, weld cleaning, roughening surfaces, edge blending, surface preparation, cleaning rust, scale as well as oxidation and is sold as 5 per pack.
