Tag features "EQUIPMENT ID / LOCATION / DATE / BY" legend on both front and back. Safety inspection tag features Pass 2011/65/EU RoHS compatibility and can withstand moisture, grease as well as dirt. Tag informs the employees that equipment has been inspected and is in good condition. Tag features 2 chamfered corners. Tag comes with a nylon fastener and meets OSHA 1910.145 standard for accident prevention. It is sold as 10 per pack.
