Cutter is ideal for cutting PVC, CPVC, PP, PEX, PE, rubber hose and multilayer tubing. It has X-CEL® quick-change blade and ergonomic grips on bottom handle that are spaced in 1/2" increments to act as a quick pipe measuring scale.
