Weiler® 1 1/4" X 4 1/2" Flue Brush with solid ring and double spiral construction assures that the brush will run smoother with long lasting durability even in rugged application. Brush filled with 0.012 round wire and fitted with 1/4" X 2" NPT pipe nipple is ideal for internal cleaning of pipes, flues and boiler tubes. Brush with 7 1/2" over all length is patterned with black oil tempered wire offers to clean surfaces in the same manner as sand blasting. Brush which is having ability to separate surface contaminants from base material will not going to change part dimensions or remove base material. It offers guaranteed performance in deburring and cleaning drilled holes, internal threads, keyways and grooves. Wire brush provide zero loading during soft material brushing or when removing paint and coatings. Flue brush find application in crosshole deburring, carbon removal, cleaning and finishing internal diameters of pipes and tube.
