Drillco Series 1000E 7/8" Dia X 6" Bright/Black Finish General purpose Jobber Length S and D Drill Bit with 1/2" reduced/flat shank is made of high-speed steel that provides long durability when drilling hard materials. Drill bit with 3" spiral flute has a 118 deg conventional point for general-purpose drilling applications. It is suitable for drilling tough, high tensile strength materials and it reduces the wear while promoting chip and coolant flow. It features a shank that is smaller in diameter than its shaft, permitting drilling with a 1/2" drill chuck. It has precision ground for a high degree of concentricity between shank and body diameter. It conforms to ANSI specifications.Features
