Tweco® 16RS/16S Series Standard Duty Brass Gas Diffuser is perfect for use with slip-on nozzle assemblies with 450 A Tweco® Spray Master® MIG gun series as well as eliminator front-end consumables. Gas diffuser has magnificent electrical properties making it ideal for use in medium to heavy duty standard welding application up to 450 A. 1.955" Gas diffuser with 9/16"-18 UNC-2A thread size has six 0.094" gas holes. It features part number rolled stamped on the external surface and overall length for easy identification. Gas diffuser is made from 360-brass alloy bar stock offers consistent dimensional stability. It has a proper threaded size conductor tube to be used with MIG guns. It features a metal flat spring that comes with the OD of the gas diffuser to permit the nozzle assemblies to slide over and that accommodate the nozzle in place during the welding process. It features a silicon O-ring to provide secure sealing against the nozzle assembly. Gas diffuser is sold as 5 per pack.
