Tweco® 14 Series Standard Duty Copper Gas Diffuser with 450 A Tweco® can be use for No.3/4 MIG gun series as well as eliminator front-end consumables. Gas diffuser has magnificent electrical properties making it ideal for use in medium to heavy duty standard welding application up to 450 A. 1.25" Gas diffuser with 3/8" - 24UNF - 2A thread size has six 0.094" gas holes. It features part number rolled stamped on the external surface and overall length for easy identification. Gas diffuser is made from 360-brass alloy bar stock offers consistent dimensional stability. Gas diffuser features a conduit set screw that can accommodate the conduit liner in place. It has a proper threaded conductor tube to use with MIG guns. Gas diffuser is sold as 5 per pack.Features
- Easy identification - part no rolled stamped on the outside surface
- Machined from hex 145 tellurium copper alloy bar stock to ensure consistent dimensional stability
- Contains a conduit set screw used to hold the conduit liner in place
- Recessed tips are generally used for higher heat applications where longer electrical stick-out is required, or in cases where the nozzle may touch the work piece (tack, spot, and stitch)
- Flush Tips are generally used where a shorter electrical stick-out is used sometimes resulting in shorter/tighter arc lengths, this brings the tip closer to the work piece
- Protruding Tips are generally used when welding open root pipe or any joint that requires the welder to get into a tight weld joint
- However the down side to this is the chance of arcing the tip to the work piece, which could damage front end parts resulting in downtime needed to replace

- Used in medium to heavy duty welding application up to 450 Amp
- Use with 24A series nozzles only
