Tweco® Robotics Nozzle with nickel plate is patterned to work with robotic/fixed automation MIG guns. Water-cooled nozzle with tip flush features a 3/4" Dia bore and has a G7 silicone shield that offers spatter protection. Nozzle is suitable for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 600 A and features bottle shaped geometry. Nozzle housing is formed from tellurium copper alloy bar for effective heat dissipation. Nozzle features straight I.D bore that permits proper cleaning of the sidewalls ensuring good gas flow. It is perfect for use with a nozzle cleaning station integrated in robotic weld cells.
