Harper™ 88 Series Drum Rack with 2 retractable handles measures 23" X 16" and has 5" X 1 1/4" hard core soft thread wheels and 3" X 13/16" rubber swivel casters. Steel drum rack with a load capacity of 700 lb is constructed of 1" OD X 14 gauge steel tubing welded for strength. Non-skid has on front rockers to prevent frame from sliding when drum is tipped.
