Lincoln Electric� Lincolnweld� 865� Neutral Submerged Arc Flux is designed to weld butt joints and flat and horizontal fillets. It is applicable in butt joints and flat and horizontal fillets and pair with Lincolnweld� L-61� on A516 steels.

Features

• General purpose flux designed to weld butt joints and flat and horizontal fillets
• When used with Lincolnweld® L-50® or L-61®, it is capable of producing 480 MPa (70 ksi) tensile strength after stress relief
• Small loss of strength when used in the stress-relieved condition

• Butt joints and flat and horizontal fillets
• Steel free of scale and rust with Lincolnweld® L-61 wire
• Optimum impact properties, resistance to rust porosity and pockmarking with Lincolnweld® L-50 wire
