Lincoln Electric� Lincolnweld� 781 Submerged Arc Flux includes fast freezing slag for easy removal and minimized spilling on circumferential welds. It offers good resistance to moisture contamination for reduced porosity and when paired with Lincolnweld� L-61� it is recommended for up to three pass welding applications. It is applicable in single pass welding of mild steel, roundabouts with minimal spillage and horizontal position welding.

• Agglomerated for consistent flux particle composition and consistent weld deposit chemistry Typically, agglomerated fluxes will have up to 30% lower flux consumption than their fused flux counterparts

• Single pass welding - on clean plate and sheet metal up to 48 mm (3/16 in) in thickness
