AccuformNMC™ Yellow Blank Tag made of 15 mil self-laminating RP-plastic provides durability in dirt and grease environments. Safety tag is used to alert staff to cautions as well as work efficiently in extreme environments. It features self adhesive clear polyester flap pre attached to the top of the tag that is used to lift flap, write information, peel-off the liner and press to seal the flap over the tag. Tag is equipped with 3/8" reinforced metal grommet at the top and is sold as 25 per pack.Features
