Lockout tag featuring rigid polyester surface is easy to write on and stays legible longer than cardstock. It features 3/8" Dia brass eyelet that accepts various padlock shackles. It features -40 to 212 deg F service temperature and meets 1910.145 OSHA specifications. It comes with nylon fasteners.
